On 5 November 2025 the Montessori Freshers went to Namdhari supermarket for a field trip. Everyone was very excited as we boarded the bus early in the morning. When we arrived, the store manager welcomed us and showed us around.

The children saw many different sections in the supermarket, such as fruits and vegetables, dairy products, bakery items, and household goods. They learned how food is arranged, labeled, and priced. They also watched how the cashiers used the barcode scanner at the checkout counter.

It was a fun and educational experience that helped the children understand how supermarkets work and why it is important to shop wisely. Everyone returned to school happy and full of new knowledge about shopping and healthy eating.
