A talk on Good touch and Bad touch was organized for our Montessori seniors on 18 July, 2019.

The team made the children aware that there are people who they can “trust” and some who they cannot because of the way they may touch the child.

They showed them situations where these people could be identified by the children themselves and to raise a hue and cry with the “rhyme” NO-GO-TELL.

The use of puppets was very effective in driving home the point that the children have nothing to fear or be ashamed of, rather, they need to tell their safe circle about it. A worksheet was provided for children to draw out the people they consider to be in their Safe Circle.
