The centuries old concept of yoga harmonising the body, mind and spirit holds importance even in today’s world. The Kindergarten section of National Public School, Indiranagar celebrated International Yoga Day on Friday, 21 June 2024 with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. It was a pleasure to see our little ones trying different asanas and breathing techniques. They were enlightened on the importance of yoga to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
