The Investiture Ceremony of NPS Indiranagar for the academic year 2024-2025 was held on 21 June 2024. In a ceremony marked by dignity and festive spirit, we formally entrusted 94 new office bearers with the responsibilities and duties they will uphold throughout the academic year.

The ceremony commenced with a warm address by our Principal, Ms. Shweta Pathak Chand, who spoke about the importance of leadership and responsibility, emphasizing the role of student leaders in setting a positive example for their peers.

The highlight of the event was the formal investiture of the new student council. The newly elected Prefect, Vice Prefect, Sports Captains, and House Captains were called onto the stage to receive their badges and sashes from the Principal. Each badge and sash symbolized the trust and confidence bestowed upon them by the school community. Following the oath-taking, the names of the new members of the different school associations were revealed, drawing loud cheers from the students.

The newly elected School Prefect, Daksh Balakrishna, held everyone’s attention with an impressive speech that focused on the power of dreaming big and the importance of nurturing an iron will to overcome obstacles to achieve those dreams.

The day's activities were further enlivened by a mesmerizing dance performance by our exceptional group of dancers and a melodic musical performance by our talented students. We were also delighted to welcome our alumni, who participated in high-level basketball and football matches with our current students, making the day even more memorable.

The investiture ceremony was a significant occasion, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the student leaders of NPS Indiranagar. It was a testament to the school's commitment to nurturing leadership qualities and preparing students to be responsible citizens of tomorrow.
