International Yoga Day was celebrated at National Public School, Indiranagar on 21st June 2019. The students of Kindergarten section participated in the event. Various yoga postures, different asanas including pranayama and meditation were performed. Through this event students were enlightened on the benefits of yoga and the need to remain healthy and fit. The students enjoyed the session immensely.
