Dr Montessori's birthday is celebrated with great pomp the world over. GMC INR is no different.

Annually, we in school, celebrate it with joy and reverence.

The children painted a rock in class which they would use to mark their mats, talking object, walking on the line, calm themselves down if they ever felt the need to do so, and more….

The classroom was decorated to mark the celebrations and a quiz was played relating to the materials in class. The popular game of Simon Says got a twist in that day to Montessori Says.... with commands being given around movements in the class.

The children got a take away which was much loved and created excitement!
