On 1 June 2019, an Orientation programme was presented for the students of class 11 and their parents, in the school auditorium. The Senior Co-ordinator welcomed the gathering and introduced all the teachers of class 11 to the parents. Class 11 of CBSE being a quantum academic leap, for the students of Science as well as Commerce streams, it is of vital importance that students and parents become aware of the scope and projections of the subjects that they have opted for.

Brief presentations were made to bring out in detail, the curriculum and course prospects of the Science subjects, Mathematics and Commerce. A few significant changes in the mark allotment in the board exam papers of class 12, were also indicated for Mathematics and English. To conclude the session, the Student Counsellor addressed the audience to impress upon the need to inculcate a balanced approach and attitude to cope with the advanced academic set-up, as well as the need for holistic development!
